About the Manager
Briarcliff Capital Partners was founded by David Rabinovici, in 2023. David is obsessed with investment theory and loves delving deep into companies to understand what makes them tick. Prior to founding Briarcliff, David was a private investor with 10+ years of experience investing in the private and public sectors and managed a concentrated public market fund for family partners. The family partners rolled into Briarcliff as the first limited partners.
Prior to managing capital for family members, David practiced as an attorney and spent several years at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Cleary Gottleib Steen & Hamilton LLP counseling some of the largest fund sponsors (KKR, TPG, Blackstone, Carlyle) on forming and managing private equity, hedge and real estate funds.
